Access to Famas.xyz is granted as a personal, unique, and non-transferable license.
Your license key is locked to your specific hardware (HWID - Hardware ID). It is strictly forbidden to share, sell, rent, or lend your account to any third party.
Consequence: If our system detects a connection from a different machine or suspects account sharing, your license will be permanently banned without prior notice. No appeals will be accepted.
Since Famas.xyz provides intangible digital goods that are delivered instantly, no refunds will be granted once the key has been activated or the software downloaded, regardless of the reason (incompatibility, change of mind, service discontinuation, etc.).
All sales are final.
Any attempt to crack, debug, reverse engineer, or analyze the network traffic of our software will result in the immediate termination of your access rights and may lead to legal action.
Famas.xyz cannot be held responsible for the consequences of using the software on your machine or game servers.
You assume full responsibility for any bans (global or server-specific) issued by FiveM or any other platform.
